Our Wholesale VOBPhone™ Service (VOBPhone™) is a second line service, voice over broadband solution enabling you to supply voice over IP services to your end users that have a broadband access service and internet connectivity.

Using the VOBPhone™ Service, your end users can make calls to other VOBPhone™ end users and to agreed destinations on the PSTN (mobile, national and international PSTN services globally) or to other VoIP networks as defined by WCG.

The offerings in the VOBPhone™ Service are as follows:

  • The VOBPhone™ Starter Pack, WCG’s “out-of-the-box” offering. It is co-branded with your business name & logo and is ready to go; or
  • The VOBPhone™ Integrated Pack, a complete white label solution which is seamlessly integrated into your existing website and service offerings to your end users;

Within both of these offerings individual VOBPhone™ Services can be provided to the end user as either pre-paid (VOBPhone™ credit must be available) or post-paid services (where the client invoices and makes collection of payment after the service has been used).

What does the service cost?

Service Establishment Fees

There is a once off Service Establishment Fee required to establish the VOBPhone™ Service. This will vary depending on whether you order the "Standard Pack" or the "Integrated Pack"

Service Charges

1. There is a Monthly Service Charge for the VOBPhone™ Service. This service charge is to maintain the Network infrastructure, Telebill™, websites and other Component requirements to provide the VOBPhone™ Service.

2. Geographic Number Charge: A Monthly Service Charge will apply to any Individual VOBPhone™ Service which has a Geographic Number allocated to it. The rates that will apply are as set out in the VOBPhone™ Pricing Schedule.

Pricing for the VOBPhone™ Service is set out in the most current applicable Pricing Schedule. If the Pricing Schedule sets out a range of possible prices for the Recurring Charges, the applicable Recurring Charge will be the Charge corresponding to the characteristics of the Individual Service ordered by You. WCG may issue a new Pricing Schedule for the Service from time to time and therefore the latest Pricing Schedule (E&OE) published by WCG and provided to You holds the current pricing applying to your Services.

Charges for Calls (Traffic) will be billed in one (1) second increments, rounded up to the nearest second, unless otherwise specified in the VOBPhone™ Pricing Schedule.

Call Charges

There are usage Charges for the VOBPhone™ Service. The rates that will apply per Call made or received are as set out in the VOBPhone™ Pricing Schedule.

Service Activation and End User Installation Charges

Service Activation and End User Installation Charges (if any) are once only charges.

Miscellaneous Charges apply in the circumstances identified in the Pricing Schedule.

Changes to Pricing

WCG may from time to time provide to you an updated VOBPhone™ Service Pricing Schedule which will generally take effect at the beginning of the next Period (billing cycle). WCG reserves the right to change pricing and make that pricing effective within five (5) days of You being advised in writing of any updates to the VOBPhone™ Service Pricing Schedule; or sooner, if so agreed to by the Acquirer, in writing.

Specials

From time to time WCG may run specials in connection with the VOBPhone™ Service. Under Specials, both the charges and conditions may differ from those set out in the standard VOBPhone™ Service Pricing Schedule. Specials will only apply when WCG has given you written notice of the Special and only for the period for which the Special is specified.

Minimum Monthly Spend

There is a Minimum Monthly Spend inclusive of Call Charges for the use of the VOBPhone™ Service and is outlined on the VOBPhone™ Service Pricing Schedule. The amount of committed Minimum Monthly Spend determines the pricing level the Acquirer obtains.

The signing of this Service Schedule creates the capability for the Acquirer to use the VOBPhone™ Call Termination Service. The Acquirer warrants that it will terminate any minimum number of minutes or meet the Minimum Monthly Spend and that it will use the VOBPhone™ Call Termination Services to obtain the agreed pricing.

Invoice Delivery

You acknowledge that the electronic delivery of invoices constitutes notification of the Charges contained in those invoices and that WCG will not issue a paper copy of those invoices.
