The WCG InDial Service is a highly flexible inbound advanced calling service. Clients use InDial Services to enable their clients to call them at a subsidised call charge using 13, 1300 and 1800 prefixed numbers.
Service Types
Each InDial Service has a single service number that is either:
- Ten digits in length in the form of 1800 XXX XXX. 1800 numbers provide the end user a free call to your service; or
- Ten digits in length in the form of 1300 XXX XXX. 1300 numbers the end user is charged the low call rate (local call) and you receive a period of time to receive calls for free (generally 10 – 15 minutes) after which time the service provider pays for the call; or
- Six digits in length in the form of 13 XX XX. 13 Services are the same as 1300 except theta they are on premium 6 digit numbers.
