WCG’s Wholesale Business DSL Service is either a contention based (oversubscribed) or a non-contended ADSL or SHDSL DSL services.

Contention Based (oversubscribed) Services
For contention based services, it should be possible to obtain a transmission rate higher than 50% of the maximum line speed.
Non Contended Services
For non contended services, it should be possible to obtain a transmission rate higher than 85% of the maximum line speed.
