WCG’s Wholesale Residential DSL Service is an oversubscribed ADSL service that allows you to sell "always on" DSL services into the residential market place.
Each individual service / end user will receive a specified limited amount of upload and download of internet traffic (included use amount) for which you will be charged a recurring fee per month per individual service.
Our Residential DSL are built on Network Access Provided by:
- Soul Communications (Formerly Comindico)
- Optus or
- AAPT / Telstra

Usage Based Services
Each individual service / end user internet traffic in excess of the included use amount (upload and download limit specified) will be charged for the excess usage on a per megabyte used basis
Flat Rate Services
Subject to the provisions of the Fair Use Policy (FUP) if an individual service / end user uploads or downloads more than the fair use amount (upload and download limit specified), the individual service may be shaped without notice to slow the individual service / end user’s
Shaped Services
If an individual service / end user uploads or downloads more than the included use amount (upload and download limit specified), the individual service will be shaped without notice to slow the individual service / end user’s access and/or traffic transmission rate until the end of the month in which the upload and/or download exceeds the included use amount.
Capped Price Services
Each individual service / end user’s internet traffic in excess of the included use amount (upload and download limit specified) will be charged for the excess usage on a per megabyte used basis as detailed in the Wholesale Residential DSL Pricing Schedule until either:
the end of the month in which the upload and/or download exceeds the included use amount; or
the recurring fee plus the excess usage reach the capped price (maximum fee payable for the individual service).
If an individual service / end user then uploads or downloads more than the capped use amount (upload and download limit specified), the individual service will be shaped without notice to slow the individual service / end user’s access and/or traffic transmission rate.
