The WCG Hosted Email Service is provided by the WCG network servers to Virtual Service Providers (VSP’s) that do not wish to run or own their own email server infrastructure.  WCG provides a web interface through the Online Ordering Portal for you to manage your end users email facilities.  Each end user will have a user ID (usernames and passwords) for their mail box which will enable you to add and delete users and change user’s passwords.

Subject to the provisions of the Acceptable Use Policy, end users will receive a limited upload and download of internet traffic and have set mail quota for each email box.  You must delegate a registered internet domain to WCG’s mail servers and this must be transferred to WCG for the period of provision of the service.
